Algarve Blokarting

The Algarve blokarting centre is based near Sagres in the west of the Algarve. The western coast of the Algarve is known for its dramatic coastline, unspoilt countryside and of course its wind! So it offers ideal conditions for blokarting all year round.

Blokarting is a comparatively new sport but is fast gaining in popularity and it's easy to see why. It?s easy to learn, fun, fast and exciting- a few minutes training, a practice lap or two and you?re ready to race! A blokart is basically a three wheeled kart attached to a big sail to catch the wind. It is hand-steered and eco-friendly as it is powered entirely by the wind.

So if you'd like to have a go, why not challenge your friends and family to a race? The Algarve blokarting centre is open all year round (except for a short period around November when it is closed to avoid disturbance to nesting birds). Blokarting costs from €25 for a practice and half hour race.
