We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. Our guides will have all of your details, and you will also have all guide contacts upon confirming your reservation, so there is no need to print out documents

What to bring depends on the activity you are booking. All details including what to wear or bring are given upon completing the reservation process!

Yes. Reservations are required to guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations also help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather.

Deposits will be refunded should an activity be cancelled by the guide or company responsible for the activity. All participants will be informed in advance of the dates and times of activities. No refunds will be issued to the participant in the event that he/she does not attend the activity or arrives too late to participate.
