CAVING
The coast of Arrabida is a dream spot for cavers! Come and discover a breathtaking and fascinating underground world. On this half day adventure, we supply you with expert guides and all equipment. There are lots of caves just waiting to be explored!

ABSEILING
Make your way along the natural challenges of the fissure by abseiling (rappelling), 
scrambling and hiking! The course consists of some small climbs or scrambles and 5 abseils of between 15m and 35m each. The views and the landscapes are incredible both inside and outside the fissure. No previous experience is necessary but a basic level of fitness is required as this is a medium level activity with specialist guides and equipment provided.

This is an activity for those who seek for a day full of experiences! In the morning you will participate in activities involving ropes: climbing and rappel, in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park. After lunch, we will pick up the canoes and explore the clear water of the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine reserve.

In the morning we’ll take you on three rappels which will give access to the beautiful Baleeira beach. After lunch, it is time to take our boat out to the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine reserve showing you the breathtaking sights of Cape Espichel, and then back to Sesimbra.
