*The Early bird tour (12h00-13h00) is the ideal tour for early risers! During this tour, all barrels are purchased with a 50% discount!
Number of people: The Beer bike holds a maximum of 15 people, making it suitable for large groups of friends. The minimum capacity is six people.
Age restrictions: At least one person in the group has to be 18 years of age or older, to be able to purchase the barrel of beer, sangria or Somersby.
Alcohol: It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol with you and/or consume it on the Beer bike. Before setting off, each passenger will enjoy an alcoholic shot in addition to the desired barrel of beer, sangria or Somersby which is purchased beforehand. There is no possibility to book extra barrels during the ride.
Booking: The Beer bike tour is booked and a 50% deposit is paid, in advance. To make a booking, the personal details of one passenger are needed. As confirmation of the booking, you will receive a voucher. All passengers are expected to be present at least 30 minutes in advance. You will then all enjoy an alcoholic shot and will receive some extra instructions. Do not forget to bring along your identity card or other form of identification such as a driving license or passport.
Cancellations: For cancellations of at least 30 days notice, a 50% refund of the deposit applies. For cancellations made just 14 days in advance, no money will be refunded
Extra Rules And Regulations: Before departure, you will pay a deposit of €100.
At the end of the tour, the deposit will be refunded, providing there are no damages.
In the event of any damage to the Beer bike, compensation will be sought.
There is a chance that you will not receive back the deposit in full. If reparation costs are higher than the deposit, then additional payment will be charged.
Please be on time (30 minutes in advance). The time that you are late will be deducted from the tour.
Transfer Service: Do you wish to be picked up from your apartment, hotel or villa in Albufeira, and taken back after the tour? This transfer service costs €25.
Please let us know if you want to make use of this service when booking.
If you are staying outside of Albufeira, but still wish to make use of this service, please let us know in advance and we will arrange a quote for you.
Inappropriate Behaviour And Terms: Inappropriate behavior will result in early termination of your tour and no cash refund. Examples of inappropriate behavior include, but are not limited to:
– Extreme intoxication
– Giving alcohol to non-passengers
– Public urination
– Littering
– Excessive noise
– Obscene or vulgar language
– Loitering more than 10 minutes after the tour
Participation on the Beer bike is entirely at your own risk. The Beer bike Crew is not responsible for missing items, damage or injury in any form whatsoever to material goods or persons as a result of participation on the Beer bike. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the alcohol that has been purchased must be consumed during the entire two-hour ride. Any alcohol remaining in the barrel at the end of the tour cannot be taken with you.
