The Peniche Surf and Yoga Retreat is held in a laid back and friendly surfers’ hostel within walking distance of the beach. Yoga is a great complement to surfing and here you can practice yoga each day on a deck overlooking the ocean. No previous surfing or yoga experience is required.

The Traditional Surf and Yoga Retreat guarantees you a great experience! Enjoy great waves and blissful yoga with a sea view. We focus on the key elements of the body in the yoga sessions. As a result, your strength and balance increases! This means your surfing also becomes better!

Surf, SUP and Yoga Retreat

Join our Surf SUP and Yoga! For all who want to explore the ocean in different ways and play big time. Because of many requests for SUP and yoga retreats, we decided to combine the two! We call this week the Ocean Lovers Week! We explore all the elements that the ocean can offer! You’ll spend a few days riding the waves! Then a couple of days on top of the water to get a different perspective of the ocean! There is also the opportunity to practice some yoga on the SUP’s at the end of each session!
