Our Northern Portugal Summer Camp offer the best camp experience! An adventurous summer camp for children and likewise teenagers aged 6 to 18 years old!
Located at one of Europe’s largest adventure parks on 170 hectares of natural beauty. Here your child will experience fun packed days in safe conditions.
So that your child gets the most of his/her stay, we create subgroups according to age! With this in mind, we organize suitable activities for all!
All activities are supervised by experienced, friendly monitors. Kids will develop new skills and confidence! We also teach kids to appreciate and respect nature and have lots of fun doing it!
Your child will enjoy a wide variety of activities including games, adventure sports, cultural visits, and workshops! We also organize parties and contests! Everything is carefully planned to ensure that kids are well occupied and enjoying themselves.

Summer Camp Parents Guide
- Why us?
When deciding which camp your child must attend it is natural to have questions and fears about the operation of the camp. For this reason we have created this section with the frequently asked questions and we are entirely at your disposal to clarify any matter you’re not treated.
- Who are we?
Our project was born in the year 2000 in the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso (20 minutesfrom Braga), next to the National Park of Peneda do Gerês. In a total area of 170 hectares,brings together 3 great services: accommodation (9 houses, 3 mountain chalet, Ward 1 and canteen area), panoramic restaurant and more than 60 sports and activities .
- Vision of our camp:
With the aim of providing an active vacation where the adventure and nature interact on an ongoing basis, we receive every year hundreds of children and young people looking for fun and diverse experiences, away from everyday pastimes (computers, consoles,tv, etc). Every year we carry out changes to the program in order to reach increasingly the needs and expectations of your. However keep the philosophy of challenge, the quest for the new, interactivity with nature and with other children, the educational side of things, the understanding the importance of rules and values, always a friendly atmosphere, so that they feel at home and come back a little more mature, independent, and able to solve some of their problems.
- How does it work?
- Age to participate:
Our programs are designed for young people aged between 6 to 18 years. Always appropriate for the age group activities.
- Monitors/Monitoring:
We have a team of professionals with in-house training, professionalism,
responsibility, dedication and dynamics. Accompanying the young people 24 hours a day, in a ratio of 1 monitor for every 6 to 11 participants 8 years and 1 monitor for every 10 participants of the 12 at the age of 18 years. English speaking monitors on site 3.3. installations:
- For the night:
The accommodation will be on a ward/dorm, split into two separate floors, one for the girls and another for boys. Except for one day, when we camp outdoors in tents, in the park. .
- For meals:
Meals will be held at the panoramic restaurant
Meals: breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and supper.
- What to pack:
We recommend practical clothes in reasonable quantities.
- sleeping bag; (required)
- pairs of shoes (do not advise bringing new footwear)
-Flip-flops (for the bathroom) and slippers
-2 thick Sweaters, t-shirts, shorts, pants, underwear and pajamas -Toiletries, bath towel, laundry bag
-Bathing suit, beach towel, sunscreen, hat and shoulder bag -Clothes for the themed dinners. (optional) Optional: Flashlight, musical instruments, etc.
Valuables:
We recommend that you not bring valuables (photographic machines, watches, bracelets, etc.) We are not responsible for loss/loss of these objects during Summer camp …
Forbidden:
Tobacco, alcohol and drugs. Dangerous objects (knives, Pocket knives, etc.), leading to the expulsion of the field on vacation.
- Telephone contact with the participant:
As is customary cellphone use is restricted to the 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, since this is the period for talking. This rule is essential to break the dependence of cell phone use and increase capacity of socializing with other participants.
- Safety:
Our motto is “maximum fun, with maximum safety. ” Holiday camp safety is paramount, 24 hours a day, with qualified monitors, subject to prior selection and in-house training.
- Medical Recommendations
All information regarding health problems, medication, or recent situations that has affected the participant should be indicated on the registration form and notified to the monitor in charge, so we can provide the adequate care

Included in the summer camp program:
- Parent meeting for briefing, any questions and presentation of the team;
- Accommodation in boys and girls dorms; (sleeping bag required)
- Hot water showers, in separate boy and girl bathrooms;
- Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner evening snack);
- Recreational and sports activities, workshops, themed activities;
- Ongoing monitoring by specialized counselors (ratio of 1 monitor for every 10 children);
- All materials and equipment for the safe practice of activities;
