We have a great diving center in Cascais, which is easily accessible via public transportation. Our instructors are experienced and speak English so you will be in excellent hands. There will be trips during your stay weather conditions permitting.

If you do not have your diving qualifications, we recommend Discover Scuba Diving Course which is designed to give you a taste of diving! – this includes a basic diving theory class and a dive in the sea (€90 pp)
We have a great variety of dives including natural and artificial reefs, beach dives, caves, caverns, tunnels or nice and easy ones so something for everyone! The coast round here is 2nd only to California for bio-diversity we have so much to offer with a wide variety of fish and underwater life. This means our dives will satisfy all levels from beginners as well as photographers or pros. Diving location are selected according to weather and sea conditions on the day

PADI Open Water Course – The PADI Open Water Diver course is usually a 4 day (2 full and 2 half days) course and is the most comprehensive beginner’s diving course. When you pass it you’ll get a certificate allowing you to dive up to 18m anywhere in the world with a diving buddy. If you study the theory online at home first then it is possible to just focus on the practical element during the course and to complete it in 3 days.
The course includes 9 practice dives of which 5 are in the pool to get the hang of the equipment and then 4 are in the ocean to a maximum
depth of 18m.
The schedule would be:
Day 1: theory revision and pool practice (9.30am to 6pm)
Day 2: 2 ocean dives (8:45am to 1pm)
Day 3: 2 ocean dives (8:45am to 1pm)
The course will be taught by English speaking instructors and the equipment you’ll use during the course includes:
mask, fins, snorkel, tank, regulator, buoyancy compensator and a submersible pressure gauge.
The course is €450 including all instruction and equipment.
