The Algarve is blessed with a wealth of waterways and coastal routes. You can choose between tranquil or challenging fresh water routes or the drama of the ocean with caves that are quite literally awe inspiring!

If you have never tried SUP before then we recommend starting with a lesson, or combined lesson and tour to make the most of your experience! If you’re already at home on a paddle board join us for a variety of stand up paddle tours! We also offer stand up paddle holidays! Thanks to our sunny, mild climate, it is possible to stand up paddle in the Algarve all year round. We use RED inflatable paddle boards which are very safe, comfortable and incredibly responsive. As you can roll them up and put them on your back it gives us the freedom to travel far and wide across the Algarve!

Learn to stand up paddle

It is easy to learn to stand up paddle in the Algarve with a number of locations that are ideal for beginners. Our friendly, fully qualified (ASI) instructors will teach you all the skills necessary to master your board. One of the beauties of SUP is how quickly you can learn the basics in comparison to other water sports so you’ll be up and away before you know it.
