Coastal and Cave SUP Tour – After a safety briefing and some practice, we will start the tour at a slow pace, practicing turning and stopping to work on balance. You’ll enjoy magnificent grottoes, rock formations, for great photo opportunities! You will even get the opportunity to try some cliff jumping if you’re into adrenaline! If you prefer something a bit more low-key, you can splash around and swim in the calm waters!

SUP Yoga Sea Cave Tour
SUP Yoga Sea Cave Tour – after a short briefing and some practice on the boards, we will anchor the boards at a scenic spot and begin an easy going yoga class on top of the boards! You’ll build your confidence, balance and really connect with Nature, your body and mind! Classes are available from

2 SUP Tours in One Day – Enjoy a full day of paddling along sea and river! We begin the day with paddling along the calm waters of the Aljezur river, surrounded by the amazing plant and wild life! We’ll stop for a light snack (not included in the price) and in the afternoon will glide along the coast, exploring the many cave and rock formations!
